We are thinking about implementing SGRT in SBRT treatments for Lung tumors. Does anyone have experience with free-breathing technique and/or DIBH? We would like to start treating patients without any abdominal compressor.

We have been doing free breathing lung SABR with SGRT for quite a while now. We have used DIBH in mediastinum and lymphoma patients, and of course breast but not yet lung SABR. However, we plan to start doing so soon so are thinking through the various steps to it actively
