ROI and couch kicks with SRS

Hello everyone!

Just curious if anyone has experienced a problem with the ROI rotating incorrectly on the patient when capturing a reference image at the couch kick?

We recently started a SRS patient, once kicking the couch and capturing a new image the ROI that was originally drawn was displayed incorrectly on the patient ( the strip drawn below the nose was now vertical on the patients face.

Has anyone had this happen to them and what was your solution.
