Right Side Breast Tx post Left Side Breast Treat with DIBH

We have a breast patient successfully treated with Vision RT & DIBH to the left whole breast 6 months ago (267 cGy x 15). Patient is returning for right whole breast treatment. We thought we might do DIBH for the right side, making the assumption that crossover/match to the mid-line would be more reproducible. Anyone have thoughts on this? Thank you.

Absolutely agree with this approach. We would do the right breast in BH. Its so simple and easy for the patient.

100% agree. Use DIBH for the Rt Side. Too easy with this system not to.
