Hi all. Would be interested to hear what you do when bringing more Radiographers into the superuser group in your department (if you have one).
Our current group is 5 Radiographers strong and we would like to bring in 2 more. Previously we have just discussed the more technical aspects of patient setups and been through troubleshooting scenarios, but we am wondering whether it would be worth doing some case studies or additional training to develop their troubleshooting skills further.
If anyone is willing to share what they do that would be great.
