Hi,

We are currently having VisionRT installed and are beginning to write our protocols.

We aim to go tattooless for our breast patients.

Does anyone NOT daily image without tattoos?

Hi,

We don’t image daily. We currently carry out 2D MV EPIDs via Mosaiq image assessment on #1 and 2. After the first 2# we switch to weekly (assuming they were ok). The daily check we do is eye ball the field coverage on the patients skin and compare it to the planning system’s skin render/light beam coverage image that we have attached to the patients images in Mosaiq. As long as this doesn’t look grossly out we continue.
