Hi, everyone. I know that ROI and other processes will vary with different anatomical sites. I am in search of a general or even specific policy examples that I can use as a guide to help in the creation of policies for my department. Such policies would include Role Responsibilities, QA, and Procedure. Anything you can share would be appreciated!! At this point in time, we are only using VRT for SRT/SBRT cases.
