Our testing suggests that in the event that we needed to move the bed mid-beam (deltas out of tolerance) using send to couch we’d have to terminate the beam & re-set motors in the room which would be no quicker than manually moving the couch. Has anyone found a way around this? (In between beams is fine)

In an Elekta environment, table movements via the PPS are not permitted while a treatment field is loaded on the linac.
In this specific situation, if the treatment is in an interrupted rather than terminated state, no table adjustments can be made.
The only available option is to press the Terminate button. Afterwards, a Motor Reset must be performed.
There is no workaround available. Unfortunately, the system is functioning exactly as documented.
Additionally table movements via the PPS are not permitted whenever a treatment field is loaded, either on the linac or in XVI. In this situation, the Send to Couch function in AlignRT will not work.
