Could someone please explain the methodology used to test the Field of View (FOV) and Frame Rate during the system commissioning process?

FOV you can just do multiple reference captures of a phantom, moving the couch around and recording couch positions or using a ruler

Frame rate the system reports it. you could try different ROIs and protocols see what impact it has. What you can measure that is somewhat dependent on frame rate is latency (and that is more important than frame rate)

One thing we have noticed with frame rate is it can be useful to help diagnose a camera that is not performing optimally. With monitoring on you can occlude each camera in turn and see the effect on the frame rate. Also try different lighting levels to observe the frame rate. Both should not affect the frame rate much if all your cameras are performing well.
