Access to knowledgebase and repair reports/tickets

Do other users have access through mysgrt to see their service tickets. Mine are blank and I have been asking visionRT about it but have not found out if this is implemented for all users and I am someone not having access or if this is a feature not yet enabled.

Also, when I try to access the knowledge database I get a login error.

Obviously, I have access to the forum.

Am I alone in these issues?
