We are about to move towards using SGRT for all our SABR abdomen patients. In terms of ROI what have people found to be best? Also, some patients will be in compression with the belt, are there any ROI’s which work best with this?
It could be something like this. Using the deformation tool is useful to see from which ROI the roll and pitch values are coming from. Rotation is additionally easy to verify with the aid of postural video.
Hey Laressa! Good to hear from you. Hope everyone at Addenbrookes is well!
Not many places are doing EEBH with SGRT alone for abdo SABR. We started about 18 months ago. It’s a complex procedure but does work. Happy to help you out if you want to email me: orla.mckivitt@hse.ie.
Also I’m presenting on this at the SGRT meeting in London in November if that would help.
Hi Marko, we will be using SGRT with an abdominal compression belt soon. We have InBore. Have you found that you can use SGRT reliably with the AC belt. Or have you had issues with any patients and been unable to use it? Any info you have would be greatly received.
In my previous experience, DIBH abdominal SBRT/SABR is best and gold standard. When using DIBH, the abdominal surface is completely exposed, giving optical cameras an unobstructed view.
second option we can choose AC,But have some challenge because moving fabric and air pressure changes disrupt surface tracking.
