SGRT interruptions affecting EPID analysis(radcalc)

Hi,

We have been doing EPID in-vivo measurements for the prostate first fraction at our centre. But now that we’re using SGRT, any time the beam gets interrupted because a delta goes out of tolerance, it splits the log files and is not usable for the radcalc calculations. Has anyone else experienced this and how you addressed this workflow challenge?

we are currently both using RadCalc for secondary dose verification and SGRT for positioning. we haven’t met this kind of problem because we are not using beam hold module. Keep an eye on this valuable issue

Hi Ash, tangentially related, are you a Truebeam 4.1 user? If so, have you found an elegant way to automatically export images from the treatment unit to use in RadCalc EPID?

Hi Robin, We are an Elekta centre not a Truebeam user.
