We have a breast patient successfully treated with Vision RT & DIBH to the left whole breast 6 months ago (267 cGy x 15). Patient is returning for right whole breast treatment. We thought we might do DIBH for the right side, making the assumption that crossover/match to the mid-line would be more reproducible. Anyone have thoughts on this? Thank you. ---

Hi James, Absolutely agree with this approach. We would do the right breast in BH. Its so simple and easy for the patient. Give me a shout if you need any further advice - good luck Jacqui ---

100% agree. Use DIBH for the Rt Side. Too easy with this system not to.
